Alan Morahan

Managing Director, Employee Benefits

Alan is Managing Director of Employee Benefits at PS Aspire. He recognises that the world of benefits in the workplace is often shrouded in jargon and is passionate about taking the complicated and turning it into something understandable.

As a recognised expert in his field, Alan's opinion is highly valued by leading industry publications. As well as managing the Employee Benefits business he is still a relationship person at heart.

Darren Hedgley

Associate Director

Darren looks after a portfolio of around 25 clients who primarily operate a group pension plan.

He is responsible for developing these clients as well as seeking out new client opportunities, and has spent over 30 years in pensions ranging from DB administration to DC consultancy looking after a wide range of different employers.

Mike Edwards

Associate Director

Mike graduated from Manchester University and joined the financial services industry in 1998.  After working for three large employee benefit consultancies dealing with all aspects of group risk and defined contribution pension provision, Mike joined Punter Southall in 2011 as a Senior Consultant on the Defined Contribution team.

Mike works with a number of corporate clients and provides full consultancy services including scheme governance, member communications and default investment fund support.

Mike holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced CII Pension planning module, PMI Investment module and is currently working towards completing the remainder of the CII Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Eddie Bernatek

Associate Director

Eddie joined Punter Southall Aspire’s London DC consulting team in June 2016 and in this role, he advises a range of corporate clients across all aspects of DC pensions.

As part of his role, Eddie also engages directly with pension plan members by delivering presentations and running one-to-one pension clinics. Eddie is a member of the Punter Southall Aspire Communications Group.

Christos Bakas

Associate Director, Investment

Christos is responsible for developing the Workplace investment proposition and providing DC investment advice to corporate and trust based clients. 

He is also involved in the investment design of the Punter Southall Aspire Master Trust and development of the retail investment proposition.

Johanna leads the communications proposition at PS Aspire, and loves her role!

Her background is in Employee Benefits, Communications and Change Management.
